so Oppikoppi… what can i say… it was an awesome weekend… some really good bands played… the highlights for me were Zebra & Giraffe, Taxi Violence, Harris Tweed, Isochronous, Lucky Fonz III and aKING…

I took some photos of Hemal, he is a dancer and mainly does Bollywood shows… it was quite a cool shoot and I am really happy with the way the shots turned out… here are two of my favourites… was very tiring as i was off to Oppikoppi the next morning so i had to process these in the very early morning… yes my next post is for all the oppikoppi photos…

just a shot of a random leaf from a photo outing to the War Museum in Johannesburg… unfortunately i didn’t get many shots which i was happy with so i’m just going to post this one… i kinda like the leaf…

I went along to watch Evan Dando, vocalist of the Lemonheads play at 88 on Thursday evening… it was an extremely good show… nothing like a good unplugged gig… if you don’t have any of their music it really is worth giving a listen to… nuff of my rambling….

Hawa and I went down to the south coast of Durban last month… it was an awesomenessness trip and it was good to get away from the corporate world of banking… wasn’t really in the mood to take any photos but i took these two which i quite liked.

A couple of my friends are in a band called Sticky Tape, they played their first gig last Saturday… just going to post this photo for the time being… its of Kaylon… he likes long walks on the beach and is a generally cool guy… (smiley)

it was me girlfriend’s birthday on the 9th of June… happy birthday…

The Counting Crows played an absolutely fantastic show at the Coca-Cola Dome(Johannesburg, South Africa)… I’ve been a huge fan for a while now and this was my third Crows concert and it was nothing short of awesomenessness…
